Free Car Washes for Vets on Veterans Day at Waterworks
Car washes like Waterworks Car Wash in Blue Bell will provide free car washes to veterans and current military personnel under the Grace for Vets Free Wash Program.
The Grace for Vets Free Wash Program is coming to Waterworks Car Wash in Blue Bell on Veterans Day.
On the holiday, veterans and current military personnel can get free car washes from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The free washes are in recognition of those who have served and are serving in the Armed Forces, according to Chuck Riegg, president of Waterworks Car Wash.
Waterworks, located at 1269 DeKalb Pike in Whitpain and 1435 Ridge Pike in Plymouth Township, are just two of more than 2,200 other car washes across the nation taking part in the program.
"This day is not about the car wash operators who are providing the free washes; it’s about honoring and recognizing those that have and are serving
and protecting our country, said Riegg. "It's an exciting and emotional day for everyone. Our management team and employees look forward to giving back to those that have given so much."
