Whitpain Man Heads to Trial on Child Porn Charges
Paul Milton, 34, of Blue Rock Lane, heads to trial on eight felonies, including possession of child pornography.
Paul G. Milton, 34, of the 900 block of Blue Rock Lane, Whitpain Township, waived his preliminary hearing in Blue Bell District Court on Tuesday and heads to Montgomery County Common Pleas trial on four felony child pornography possession charges, four distribution of child pornography charges and a charge of criminal use of a computer, per Montgomery News.
Milton was busted in a Pennsylvania Attorney General sting of alleged child predators in Pennsylvania.
An investigator found that, on Sept. 7, child pornography files were being downloaded from a sharing site by a computer owned by Milton, according to the state Attorney General's Office.
Milton allegedly downloaded four files showing children between the ages of seven and 13 engaged in sexual acts, per the article.
According to the Attorney General's Office, Milton admitted that he downloaded the files during his Oct. 31 arrest at his home.
Milton is free on $100,000 bail bond and faces a prelminary hearing in December before District Judge Robert Sobeck.
