Whitpain Woman Allegedly Keys Car of Driver That Took Her Parking Spot, Police Say
Carla Manno, 45, of Narcissa Road, allegedly vandalized the car in the parking lot of PJ Whelihan's on Dec. 11, police said.

A Whitpain Township woman was issued a summons for misdemeanor criminal mischief after allegedly keying the entire driver's side of a Subaru Outback in the parking lot of PJ Whelihan's on Dec. 11 because, police said, she believed the driver took her parking spot.
Carla Manno, 45, of the 1600 block of Narcissa Road, Whitpain, allegedly approached the alleged female victim as she exited her car in the rear lot of the bar and restaurant at 6:30 p.m., yelling and accusing her of taking the parking space that she had been waiting for, police said.
Once inside PJ Whelihan's, Manno again began to scream at the alleged victim, police said.
When the alleged victim left at 8 p.m., she found that Manno had allegedly keyed the car, scratching the paint on the hood and the entire driver's side length, police said.
Police estimated the repair of damage at $1,970.54.
