Whitpain Woman One of Six Charged in Hilltown Walmart Thefts, Police Say

Six people were charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing items from the Walmart in Hilltown Township on Bethlehem Pike, police said.
One of the six charged was Valerie DePalma Thibeault, 24, of the 1700 block of Meadow Drive, Whitpain, police said, who allegedly committed misdemeanor theft on Dec. 5.
The following people were charged by Hilltown Township Police:

• Kathleen Bacchinfuso, 49, of the 100 block of Andrew Lane, Montgomery Township, charged with misdemeanor retail theft on Nov. 22.
• Diane Dallison, 44, of the 100 block of Market Street, Hatfield, charged with misdemeanor retail theft on Dec. 6.
• Milton Williams, 27, of the 600 block of Corson Street, Norristown, charged with retail theft on Dec. 26.
• Genesis Rodriguez, 22, of the 1300 block of East Fifth Street, Bethlehem,  charged with retail theft on Dec. 27.
• Kareem Mack, 24, of the 2600 block of North 17th Street, Philadelphia, charged with retail theft on Dec. 27.
