WYNNEWOOD, PA — Authorities Friday said a third person has been charged in connection with the December Main Line home invasion that left a mother critically hurt and her son dead.

Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele, Lower Merion Police Superintendent Andrew Block, Upper Moreland Township Police Chief Scott Bendig and Abington Township Police Chief Patrick Molloy said Jeremy Fuentes, 26, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody on charges of second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit burglary in connection with the Dec. 8, 2024, home invasion homicide in Wynnewood.

According to authorities, Fuentes gave information to Charles Fulforth and Kelvin Roberts that led Fulforth and Roberts to break into Andrew and Bernadette Gaudio's home early Dec. 8, 2024.

The investigation found that Fuentes, an employee of Junkluggers, on Dec. 6, 2024 met with Bucks County homeowners who had a similar address as the Lower Merion home. He provided them with an estimate for removal of items by Junkluggers.

While in the home, authorities said Fuentes noticed large gun safe, multiple firearms boxes, gun parts and ammunition, none of which were part of the estimate to be removed by Junkluggers.

Fuentes later called Fulforth and told him what he saw, and relayed the owner were elderly.

Fuentes and Fulforth were interested in stealing the firearms in furtherance of their gun trafficking organization that illegally sold factory-made firearms as well as privately made ghost guns, machine gun conversion devices and silencers using multiple 3D-printers, authorities said Friday.

Authorities Friday also announced five people from Philadelphia were charged in connection with the gun trafficking organization that Fulforth and Fuentes are accused of running. They are Aaron Hiller, 24; Marcus Lee Jackson, 33; Jonathan Rodriguez, 26; Corry K. Simpson, 38; and Frances Staten, 38.

"This tragic murder and attempted murder was all about greed and putting guns in the hands of criminals," Steele said. "If not for Fuentes’ involvement, the robbery/burglary would not have occurred and the Gaudios would still be living their normal lives. Now Fuentes is on the hook for Andrew Gaudio’s murder and the attempted murder of Berndadette Gaudio."

Fuentes was arrested today without incident by the Philadelphia Police Homicide Task Force and the Philadelphia SWAT.
