LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Crews are working on the project to improve the St. Joseph’s University pedestrian bridge on U.S. 1 in Lower Merion this week.
PennDOT said crews are installing traffic lights this week on City Avenue, in both directions, between 59th Street and Lapsley Lane in Lower Merion Township and Philadelphia.
