Ardmore Eatery Donates Luncheon to Ride to Rebuild

Barbacoa Ardmore recently donated lunch to almost 100 motorcyclists participating in the Children's Fresh Air Home's annual Ride to Rebuild.

The ride, held Oct. 6, benefited the renovation efforts at the Fresh Air Home's North Wildwood, N.J., home, and was sponsored by St. John’s 115 Motorcycle Riding Club in South Philadelphia. The ride raised more than $12,000, which will be used to lift the home and repair its foundation.

Barbacoa, on Rittenhouse Place in Ardmore, specializes in Peruvian-style barbecue.

The Children’s Fresh Air Home has provided summer escapes for children in need for more than 115 years.
