Calling for Accountability from #AudiOfWynnwood and Audi USA

As a loyal paying customer, I am writing to share my disappointing experience with #AudiOfWynwood in hopes of shedding light on the lack of accountability and professionalism that customers might encounter.

I recently entrusted my Audi to this dealership, expecting the premium service that aligns with the Audi brand. Unfortunately, the service I received fell far below those expectations. My vehicle was returned in an unacceptable state: the sound system was left on full blast, the gas tank was empty (despite being given to the dealership with half a tank), and there was a total disregard for professionalism.

To make matters worse, when I returned a courtesy car, I was required to refill it—a clear double standard that contradicts the treatment I received as a paying customer.

When I sought assistance or resolution, I was told that the dealership operates independently, with its own rules and regulations. This lack of standardization and accountability from Audi USA leaves customers like me feeling unsupported and undervalued by the larger network.

For comparison, my experience with other luxury brands like Mercedes-Benz has been vastly superior. They addressed issues immediately, provided courtesy vehicles at no cost, and prioritized resolving concerns before letting me leave. Their actions reflected their commitment to customer satisfaction and their brand’s promise.

I expect better from Audi and from #AudiOfWynwood. At a minimum, I urge the dealership and Audi USA to:

1. Provide a formal acknowledgment and apology for the poor service I received.

2. Reimburse the gas discrepancy and ensure such issues won’t happen again.

3. Clearly communicate their policies and demonstrate alignment with Audi USA’s brand values.

As a paying customer, I deserve to feel valued and respected. The subpar service I experienced does not justify the high costs associated with maintaining an Audi vehicle. I urge this dealership and Audi USA to address these concerns not only for me but for future customers who trust their brand.

Luxury brands are expected to uphold high standards. Let’s hold #AudiOfWynnwood accountable to ensure they deliver on their promises.
