Business Booming at Jules Thin Crust

Jules' pizza is organic and can be made free of gluten—or just about anything else.

Business has been brisk so far at Jules Thin Crust Pizza, the chic new Main Line pizza place that uses organic, locally-sourced ingredients and has gluten-free options.

According to manager Audrey Charnley, the chain—which also has additional locations in Wayne, Jenkintown, Newtown, Doylestown, and Danville, California—has gotten a tremendous response from customers since it opened at 149 West Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore last month.

"It's been great. Really busy," said Charnley through a dense Thursday lunch crowd she said has, so far, been par for the course.

Though Jules has salad on the menu as well, Charnley admitted that pizza is the main attraction. And while the shop prides itself on variety, the manager was quick to name the most popular slice.

"No. 4. Balsamic chicken, portobello mushrooms, and caramelized onions."
