City Ave Lanes Closing Next Week For Paving Work: PennDOT
PennDOT said ongoing work for the St. Joseph's University pedestrian bridge project will close lanes in both directions on City Avenue.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — More work on the St. Joseph’s University pedestrian bridge project will force lane closures on City Avenue in Lower Merion and Philadelphia next week.
According to PennDOT, crews will be paving a portion of City Avenue Monday through Friday.
Due to the paving work, there will be a 24-hour weekday lane closure is scheduled in both directions on City Avenue between 59th Street and Lapsley Lane.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
