PENN VALLEY, PA — Police in Lower Merion Township said a dog was found over the weekend.

The dog seen above was found Sunday at Centennial and Mary's Water Ford roads in Penn Valley.

The dog, a female, has a blue and red harness with a red stretchy leash.
