Lower Merion Collecting Christmas Trees On Trash Days
Residents can also dispose of their trees at the Public Works Complex in Penn Valley Monday through Saturday.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Now that the holidays are over, many people in Lower Merion are planning to strip their homes of decorations, including their Christmas trees.
The township is collecting trees on regular trash days for the first two weeks of January.
Trees must be set out on the curb to be collected.

Residents can also dispose of trees at the Public Works Complex, 1300 N. Woodbine Ave. in Penn Valley.
The complex is open 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

Whether trees are collected curbside or dropped off at the complex, they must be free of ornaments, stands, and other decorations.
