Lower Merion Community Watch Hosting Patrol Training Class

Lower Merion Township residents can help keep a watchful eye on their neighborhoods by completing the LW Watch patrol training class.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Residents in Lower Merion Township are invited to sign up for a patrol training class to help keep a watchful eye on their neighborhoods.

The Lower Merion Police Department and the Lower Merion Community Watch are hosting a patrol training class on Feb 18.

The class will be held at 7 p.m. at the Lower Merion Township Building, 75 E. Lancaster Ave. in Ardmore.

Those registering for training must be 18 years of age or older and residents of Lower Merion Township.

The training session will last about one hour.

"We strongly encourage residents to become part of this outstanding program," Matt Peskin, President of Lower Merion Community Watch, said. "Dozens of residents were trained in January and we are hoping to get another strong showing in this class."
