Lower Merion Schools Hosting COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Friday

LOWER MERION, PA — Vaccines against the COVID-19 virus will be offered this Friday in the Lower Merion High School cafeteria.

Doses will be dolled out from 1 to 6 p.m., the school said in a news release. Two groups of people will qualify.

According to the release, anyone 16 years old or older who received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at the Lower Merion School District on April 30 will be eligible to receive their second dose of the vaccine on Friday.

The school said anyone who received their first dose at the LMSD clinic is already registered to attend the Friday clinic.

To be vaccinated, an attendee must bring identification and the vaccination card he or she received on April 30.

The clinic will also be open to Narberth and Lower Merion residents who are 12 years old and older, along with any Lower Merion or Narberth students who qualify by age.

The clinic will accept attendees with appointments, along with walk-ups who will be registered on site, according to the release.

Those who receive their first dose on Friday must return to the school's next clinic, which will be held between 3:30 and 7 p.m. on June 11.

All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
