Lower Merion Seeking Historic Preservation Consultant Services

The current consultant is retiring.

Lower Merion Township is seeking historic preservation consultant services.

According to the township:

Lower Merion Township has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) from historic preservation consultants to replace the current consultant, who is retiring.

The consultant will provide professional guidance to the Township’s Historical Architectural Review Board (HARB), the Township Historical Commission, and the Township’s Board of Commissioners for alterations within the Township’s local historic districts, and to Class 1 and 2 properties on the Township’s Historic Resource Inventory. The consultant must meet Federal Personnel Qualifications Standards imposed by 36CFR61.

The deadline to submit a proposal is January 5, 2015 at 4 p.m. A digital copy of the proposal should be submitted in addition to three hard copies at the email and street addresses listed below. Faxed proposals will not be accepted.
