PA's Most Expensive Zip Codes: Wynnewood, Merion Station
A new study from real estate data firm Property Shark ranked Pennsylvania's zip codes by median price of homes sold over the past year.

LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA – A new study from a real estate data firm laid out the most expensive zip
codes in Pennsylvania and, unsurprisingly, the Main Line has some pricey homes. So where did Wynnewood and Merion Station land on the list?

Real estate data firm Property Shark created the list based off of the median price of homes sold over the past year, from June 2016 to July 2017.
Merion Station was listed as the third most expensive zip code (19066) in the state with a median home price of $620,000. Meanwhile, Wynnewood (19096) was ranked the 13th most expensive with a media price of $468,000

The top 22 spots on the list are all from the five-county Philadelphia area, as are 49 of the top 50.
