Police: Lower Merion Man Illegally Filmed Dozens of Women

Radnor Township Police called it the "largest invasion of privacy cases in recent memory in the tri-state area."

A Lower Merion Township man has been arrested and charged with secretly filming dozens of women, Radnor Township Police announced Monday morning.

Radnor Township Police called it the “largest invasion of privacy cases in recent memory in the tri-state area,” The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

Sean Moses, 37, faces 86 counts of privacy invasion and one count of child pornography, CBS Philadelphia said.

Authorities said Moses filmed women in dressing rooms at the King of Prussia mall; swimming at Villanova University; and in their homes in Bryn Mawr. He also secretly recorded women with whom he was having romantic relationships, CBS said.

In fact, Radnor Township Police Superintendent William Colarulo told CBS he didn’t understand how Moses had the time to hold down a job, as he seemed to spend so much of his time filming women.

The investigation began in September 2014, when a woman in the Bryn Mawr section of Radnor Township reported to police that a prowler had been taking photos or video of her and her roommate. The videos were subsequently uploaded to a pornographic website, the Inquirer said. Police were able to trace them to Moses using his IP address, CBS said.
