Police have identified Express and Forever 21 as stores where Moses filmed women at the King of Prussia Mall.

The investigation began in September 2014, when a woman in the Bryn Mawr section of Radnor Township reported to police that a prowler had been taking photos or video of her and her roommate. The videos were uploaded to a pornographic website and police were able to trace Moses using his IP address, authorities said.
