Police: Woman Found Asleep In Stranger's Car
Police also issued four public drunkenness citations this week, including one where police used a taser.

Police related the following incidents to news media on Monday afternoon. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, they do not indicate guilt or a conviction.
Liquor law violation: A 20-year-old woman from Arlington, VA, was issued citations for having false ID and for underage drinking after she was found sleeping in the back of a stranger’s car on Llanalew Road in Haverford about 9:04 a.m. July 11, police said. When police woke her, her breath smelled like alcohol but she did not appear to be intoxicated, police said.
Public drunkenness: A 22-year-old Philadelphia resident was charged with public drunkenness after police saw him trying to get into Brownies 23 East in Ardmore about 1:30 a.m. July 12, police said. The man was arrested and placed in a cell, though he became combative and police had to use a Taser on him, police said.

Public drunkenness: A 44-year-old man from Llanfair Road in Ardmore was found lying in front of a storefront on the unit block of Lancaster Avenue about 4:56 a.m. July 14, police said. The man registered a .24 on a blood alcohol content test and was transported to police headquarters to sober up, police said. He was issued a citation for public drunkenness.
Public drunkenness: A 27-year-old West Chester woman was issued a citation for public drunkenness after police found her about 11:35 p.m. July 14 in the rear passenger seat of a car with its four-way flashers on in the parking lot behind Brownies 23 East, police said. The woman was issued a citation for public drunkenness, police said.

Public drunkenness: Police responded to the 100 block of Simpson Road on the report of a domestic dispute about 12:10 a.m. July 16, police said. A 53-year-old man attempted to leave the house and was intoxicated to the degree he was a danger to himself, police said. The man was arrested and charged with public drunkenness, police said.
