Second Hymie's Robbery Suspect Arrested
John Leroy Moore, Jr., 34, of Philadelphia, was arrested Tuesday.

A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the that occurred July 14. John Leroy Moore, Jr., 34, of Philadelphia, was arrested Tuesday, according to a township news release issued Wednesday.
located at 342 Montgomery Ave. in Merion, was robbed at gunpoint on July 14 by four suspects. Deli employees and patrons, 19 in all, were ordered to the ground and three had wallets and cell phones stolen, according to police. .
According to court documents, Moore is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit robbery with threat of immediate serious injury, a first degree felony.

He is being held at Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $50,000 bail.
Moore's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 28 at 11 a.m. at District Court #38-2-04 in Bala Cynwyd, according to court documents.

Michael Shawn Schaefer, 40, was the first suspect arrested in connection with the Hymie's robbery, .
Schaefer was charged with 19 counts of robbery with threat of immediate serious injury, 19 counts of conspiracy to commit robbery with threat of immediate serious injury, four counts of robbery using force, four counts of theft by unlawful taking, and one count of prohibited firearm possession, among other lesser charges, according to court documents.
