LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Lower Merion Police shared details of recent crimes that occurred in the township recently.

These events took place between Dec. 30, 2025 and Jan. 11, 2026.

Jan. 11

• Theft of Vehicle (Wynnewood) - The victim's Honda was stolen from in front of the victim's residence during the overnight hours. The Honda was unlocked with a key left inside. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Jan. 9

• Theft from Vehicle (Bryn Mawr) - The victim's unlocked Honda was entered and gone through overnight while parked in front of the victim's residence. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
• Theft from Vehicle (Bryn Mawr) - The victim's Ford was entered and gone through overnight while parked in the driveway of the victim's residence. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
• Theft from Vehicle (Bryn Mawr) - The victim's unlocked Ford and Honda were entered and gone through overnight while parked in front of the victim's residence. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
• Theft from Vehicle (Wynnewood) - A late report of a left from the victim's vehicle between Dec. 19, 2025 and Dec. 31, 2025. The investigation into the report is continuing.
• Theft of Package (Penn Valley) - The victim reported that a package delivered to the mailroom of their apartment complex was stolen over the past couple of days. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Jan. 7

• Theft of Vehicle (Penn Valley) - The victim's Infiniti was stolen in the morning hours from the parking lot of their apartment complex. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Jan. 4

• Theft from Vehicle (Ardmore) - The victim's Honda was attempted to be entered during the late afternoon hours while parked in the parking lot of a local shopping center. The door handle was removed from the vehicle and the lock was attempted to be drilled out. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Jan. 3

• Theft of Packages (Ardmore) - The victim reported that a package delivered to the mailroom of their apartment complex was stolen sometime between Dec. 30, 2025 and this date. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.

Dec. 30, 2025

• Theft from Vehicle (Merion Station) - The victim's Hyundai was entered and gone through overnight while parked in front of the victim's residence. The vehicle had its drivers side door handle ripped off and the rear drivers side window broken out. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
