"We’ve spent 13 years pushing the boundaries of craft brewing and creativity," Jean Broillet, Founder of Tired Hands said. "Now we’re embracing a more refined and disciplined approach—one that prioritizes excellence, consistency and an elevated sense of hospitality. A true homage to the breweries and brewpubs that set the stage for all of us hyper-experimental, right-brained modern brewers. Ardmore is on the precipice of enjoying two world class breweries."
The launch of Ardmore Brewing Company comes as Tired Hands reimagines the identity of its BrewCafé, delivering a more refined but still-exceptional experience for locals and visitors alike and introduces:
- A classic beer lineup brewed entirely in-house featuring Autocar Pale Ale, Three Tuns IPA, License to Keep DIPA, St. George's Rotating Belgian, Athensville Porter, Spirituous Spritzer as well as two Rotating Seasonal Offerings.
- A fresh yet familiar food menu curated by celebrated Executive Chef Antonio Hidalgo featuring tapas-style plates, elevated pub classics and signature dishes. Rest assured, the Bologna and Cheddar will never leave the menu.
- A comprehensive craft cocktail program expanding the brewpub’s beverage offerings beyond beer including ABC Old Fashioned, Watermelon Margarita, Cucumber Mint Gimlet, Espresso Martini, as well as non-alcoholic cocktail offerings.
- A classic, slightly updated aesthetic embracing mostly high-contrast black-and-white branding, timeless iconography and a focus on Main Line heritage.
"Our menu reimagines classic dishes with a modern twist, using top-quality ingredients and thoughtful beer pairings. With rotating oysters, house-grown herbs, and locally sourced specialties, we’re embracing fresh, seasonal flavors," Executive Chef Antonio Hidalgo said. "The excitement around this project is contagious, and we can’t wait for guests to enjoy the vibrant, dynamic dining experience we’ve created."
