Wrong Way Crash on I-476 Kills 2
A vehicle was traveling the wrong way down the Blue Route in the early morning hours Friday, police say.
Two people are dead following a four-vehicle crash on Interstate 476 early Friday morning, Marple Newtown Patch is reporting.
According to Pennsylvania State Police-Media Barracks, a man from Philadelphia and a man from Delaware City, Del. are dead, however, their names are being withheld until next of kin is notified.
All lanes of the highway were closed for several hours, from Exit 5 (U.S. Route 1) to Exit 9 (Broomall), while crews cleared the crash and it reopened around 7 a.m. Friday, according to NBCPhiladelphia.com.
