5 Things to Know This Week: Aug. 13-19

  1. While Lower Merion Township's government is holding no meetings this week during its summer hiatus, Narberth has a full slate. The Borough Council meets at 7:30 p.m. Monday, after a 7 p.m. safety committee meeting. The building/zoning committee meets at 7 p.m. Wednesday, then on Thursday, the property committee convenes at 8:30 a.m., then bridge committee at 7:30 p.m.
  2. Friday is the deadline for Harriton and Lower Merion students to register for the Sept. 8 ACT test.
