Vehicle Sought In Bala Cynwyd Hit-And-Run Crash

BALA CYNWYD, PA — A Bala Cynwyd hit-and-run crash is under investigation, and Lower Merion Township Police are asking for the public's assistance as they probe the incident.

According to police, the incident occurred at about 10 a.m. Nov. 17 on Belmont Avenue.

The vehicle seen above was involved in the crash, and has been seen in Lansdowne and Yeadon, police said.

It is described as a Chevrolet Malibu 4-door sedan with a Delaware temporary registration plate reading XF640441.

Police said the damage to the vehicle’s front end was substantial and the vehicle is likely either disabled and parked somewhere, or at a repair business.
