NOTICE IS GIVEN that on March 17, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. at Narberth Borough Hall, 100 Conway Ave. Narberth, PA 19072, Narberth Borough Council will consider at the public meeting: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NARBERTH BOROUGH ZONING CODE, CHAPTER 500, TO PROVIDE FOR A NEW USE OF “ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS”; TO PEMIT THE USE OF A SECOND ACCESSORY DWELLING ON A LOT; AND TO PROVIDE FOR ASSOCIATED USE, SITE PLANNING, BUILDING REQUIREMENTS, AND NEW DEFINITIONS FOR SUCH UNITS; and AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF NARBERTH REPEALING AND REPLACING CHAPTER 446, STREETS AND SIDEWALKS, TO PROVIDE FOR REVISED REQUIREMENTS FOR SNOW AND ICE REMOVAL; PROHIBITIONS ON CERTAIN ENCROACHMENTS AND OBSTRUCTIONS; DUTIES TO REPAIR AND RECONSTRUCT DEFECTIVE SIDEWALKS AND CURBS; RIGHT-OF-WAY OCCUPANCY PERMITS, EXCAVATIONS, AND USE; OUTDOOR DINING; ACCESS AND OCCUPANCY OF HIGHWAYS BY DRIVEWAYS AND LOCAL ROADS; AND RELATED DEFINITIONS, APPEAL PROCEUDRES, VIOLATIONS, AND PENALTIES. The proposed ordinances were provided to the Main Line Times, 307 Destine Ave. Lansdale, PA 19446 and the Montgomery County Law Library, One Montgomery Plaza – 10th Floor, 425 Swede St. Norristown, PA 19401 for public inspection.
