But the story is different at Ryan Christopher's, owner and manager Kim Seeger was happy to tell Patch on Friday. The proprietors are in the final stages of buying the building they have rented since April 2009.  "We're not going anywhere," said Seeger, who expects the deal to be done by mid-February. Management is planning to remodel the interior this summer, knocking out the bar in favor of more tables. Ryan Christopher's BYOB is located at 245 Woodbine Ave.
