closed in November on the east side of Belmont. The station on the southwest corner of the Rock Hill Road intersection has been closed for years; Lower Merion Township bought the property in 2007.

A developer's proposal to at the southwest corner has met resistance from township officials.

That property's tax assessment is $380,040. The Riggins property, currently fenced up, is assessed at $153,260.
