Joe's Crab Shack Starts Serving Seafood in Bala Cynwyd

A long line of customers entered the new Bala Cynwyd seafood restaurant Joe's Crab Shack as it opened for business Tuesday morning, some of them saying they'd waited outside the building since Monday.

The first 100 customers got vouchers for a free snow crab bucket every month for a year.

Joe's Crab Shack is in the building that was renovated after a fire forced the Houlihan's restaurant to close in May 2011. The restaurant will open at 11 a.m. and close at midnight or later seven days a week.
