Potterpalooza and More Ahead on Wednesday

Happy Wednesday, gang. Below are four discrete bits of information that we hope makes your day a little easier. If we missed anything, which is, admittedly, a possibility, let us know in the comments below.

• Fun: At 4 p.m., Penn Wynne Library is hosting a Potterpalooza. Kids in grades one through five are invited to come dressed as their favorite Harry Potter character for an event that will involve Hogwarts games, and even a chance to pose for a picture with Harry. (What a nice collection of books those are. It's great to see them finally getting some attention.)
• Traffic: Check out the PennDOT traffic cameras to get a beat on how traffic looks this morning. A prediction: not great. 
• Weather: The forecast calls for partial sunshine with highs in the low 80s. Temperatures should dip into the high 60s overnight, with isolated thunderstorms. 
• History: Per the History Channel, on this day in 1975, Teamsters president and noted nogoodnik Jimmy Hoffa disappeared from the parking lot of a restaurant in Detroit, never to be seen again.
