Search for Shane Montgomery at One-Month Mark
Montgomery, 21, disappeared in the early-morning hours of Thanksgiving. Since then, scant evidence of his whereabouts has been unearthed.

Montgomery, a West Chester University student, was last seen at Kildare’s Pub on Main Street in Manayunk around 1:45 a.m. Thanksgiving morning. Since his disappearance, a massive search has been launched to find clues and information that will lead to his location.
The Garden State Underwater Recovery Unit found Montgomery’s keys last week at the edge of the Schuylkill River, near where he was last seen on surveillance video. However, when searchers returned to the waters on Monday, no new leads were found, NBC10 reported.

A search of the river in the area beneath the Belmont Avenue Bridge was conducted earlier this month after a surveillance camera showed Montgomery leaving Kildare’s and heading towards the Manayunk Canal. That search came up empty.
His friends and family have mobilized in an effort to find Montgomery, including creating the Help find Shane Montgomery Facebook page.
Montgomery is described as 5’11” tall, about 130 pounds with short brown hair and green eyes. He has a tattoo of a Celtic cross on his shoulder blade. He was last seen wearing a gray button-down shirt, blue jeans, a gray hooded sweatshirt and black sneakers.
