Teens Open Ice Cream Shop On Main Line

NARBERTH, PA — A new ice cream shop on the Main Line has a unique group of owner-operators: local teens.
A group of local high schoolers are running the show at Narberth Scoops.
Narberth Scoops is located at 236 Haverford Ave. in the former Village Treats space.

The shop opened June 3.
Due to its workers being students, the new ice cream spot was initially open only on weekends.

But with school out for summer, Narberth Scoops is open daily from noon to 9 p.m.
Main Liners and visitors will find Bassett's ice cream being scooped by the local youths.
Flavors include mint chocolate chip, salted caramel pretzel, strawberry, mango apricot sorbet, birthday cake, root beer float.
