2012 Whitehall Borough Meeting Dates and Times Announced

Whitehall Borough officials have announced the dates and times for its 2012 borough meetings, including regular council, planning commission, zoning hearing board, recreation board and  board.

The Civil Service Commission and the Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board will meet as needed. Dates and times for those meetings will be announced.

All meetings will be held at the  on Borough Park Drive.

The schedule is as follows.

2012 regular council meetings (first and third Wednesday of every month at 8 p.m.): Jan. 3, Jan. 18, Feb. 1, Feb. 15, March 7, March 21, April 4, April 18, May 2, May 16, June 6, June 20, July 18, Aug. 1, Aug. 15, Sept. 5, Sept. 19, Oct. 3, Oct. 17, Nov. 7, Nov. 21, Dec. 5 and Dec. 19. (EXCEPTIONS: First meeting is Tuesday, Jan. 3. Also, there will only be one meeting of the Whitehall Borough Council in July—Wednesday, July 18, at 8 p.m.)

2012 planning commission meetings (first Thursday of every month at 7:30 p.m.): Jan. 5, Feb. 2, March 1, April 5, May 3, June 7, July 5, Aug. 2, Sept. 6, Oct. 4, Nov. 1 and Dec. 6.

2012 recreation board meetings (second Monday of every month at 7 p.m.): Jan. 9, Feb. 13, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, Aug. 13, Sept. 10, Oct. 8, Nov. 12 and Dec. 10.

2012 library board meetings (second Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m.): Jan. 11, Feb. 8, March 14, April 11, May 9, June 13, July 11, Aug. 8, Sept. 12, Oct. 10, Nov. 14 and Dec. 12.

2012 zoning hearing board meetings (third Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m.): Jan. 17, Feb. 21, March 20, April 17, May 15, June 19, July 17, Aug. 21, Sept. 18, Oct. 16, Nov. 20 and Dec. 18.
