Eat'n Park Hospitality Group is awarding a scholarship to Baldwin High School graduate Megan McNerney as part of its annual scholarship program. McNerney is an employee at the Eat'n Park along Route 51 in Whitehall Borough.
The program, which provides more than $50,000 in scholarships each year, is designed to reward employees for their work within the company and within their local communities. This year, 19 local high school students were named 2013-14 scholarship recipients.
According to Jeff Broadhurst, the president and CEO of Eat'n Park Hospitality Group, the scholarship program creates opportunities for young adults who might not otherwise be able to receive a higher education, according to an Eat'n Park news release.

"Our scholarship program has the added benefit of helping us recruit and retain quality team members and helping them explore their full potential."
