Post-Secondary (College, Trade School, et al.) Education History: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from University of Pittsburgh, 1974; also graduated from Local Government Academy; "continuing education with PSAB (Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs) and ALOM (Allegheny League of Municipalities) to better serve our borough."
