Noodles & Company—a food chain headquartered in Boulder, CO, and led by native and CEO Kevin Reddy—will open a restaurant in Pittsburgh's Market Square area on Friday.
This is the second Pittsburgh-area Noodles location, as the company opened a restaurant on Forbes Avenue in Central Oakland last week.
Reddy tells the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in a Dec. 22 article that he got his start in restaurants as a "fry guy" at the McDonald's on Mount Lebanon Boulevard in nearby Castle Shannon Borough.
