5,000 Bags Of Heroin Seized In Bucks Co. Sting

Undercover agents made two big heroin buys along Street Road in Bensalem, according to authorities

BENSALEM, PA — More than 5,000 bags of heroin were seized and two Philadelphia men were arrested in a sting by Bucks County authorities on what they say was a heroin-dealing operation in the county.

Winston Frias-Moya, 31, and Adalberto Villalona, 43, were charged Wednesday with possession with intent to deliver heroin, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, criminal conspiracy and other counts.

According to the Bucks County District Attorney's office, the men sold heroin in February to undercover agents twice in the Street Road area in Bensalem. Authorities say they delivered 101 "bricks" — 25 on one occasion and 76 on the other — of what is believed to be a heroin/fentanyl mix.
