Bensalem School District Ranked Among PA's Best: New Study
The Pittsburgh Business Times recently published its 2025 School Guide, ranking schools throughout the Commonwealth.
BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — A new list has ranked the top school district in Pennsylvania, and the Bensalem Township School District was ranked as one of the best in Bucks County.
The Pittsburgh Business Times recently published its 2025 School Guide, ranking the state's districts based on scores from three years of PSSA and Keystone Exams standardized tests.
With those scores in mind, the Bensalem Township School District was ranked No. 414.

The placing was better than in 2024 when the school district was ranked No. 418.
The Business Times analysis was strictly based on scores, and did not include other metrics sometimes used in similar school rankings, like AP scores, college outcomes, safety, culture and diversity, sports and clubs, and more.

While the analysis does provide one window in student performance, it is not a holistic consideration and comparison of every district.
Nearly 500 districts were surveyed on the list, which included nearly every single district statewide.
The top school district ranked in Bucks County was New Hope-Solebury at No. 15 followed by Council Rock at No. 40 and Central Bucks at No. 46.

- 71. Pennsbury
- 247. Neshaminy
- 324. Centennial
- 414. Bensalem

- 464. Morrisville
The top school on the list is Fox Chapel Area School District in Allegheny County.
