On Thursday, December 8, Bucks County officials and local police chiefs and officers gathered at the county courthouse in Doylestown to honor fallen officers.
They lit the Project Blue Light Memorial Wreath, which is illuminated with blue lights and adorned with 12 white ornaments to symbolize the 12 Bucks County law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty since 1914. Among the officers were two from Bensalem – James Armstrong and James Yezzi.
