Kindergarten Registration Underway At Bensalem Schools
In other school news, Bensalem High School students held an assembly for Black History Month.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —Kindergarten registration for the 2025-2026 is underway.
The Bensalem Township School District has opened registration and is seeking new families who reside in the township and have a child who will turn 5 years of age on or before Aug. 31.
School officials said registrations will be taken by appointment only.

In order to register:
- Schedule your appointment by calling our Central Registration Office at 215-750-2800, ext. 4047 or 4050.
- The Central Registration Office is located at the Dorothy D. Call Administrative Center, 3000 Donallen Drive, Bensalem.
- Once your appointment is scheduled, print the registration packet before arriving for the appointment.
- If a parent/guardian is unable to print from home, they may pick up a packet at the Dorothy D. Call Administrative Center, take it home, complete the packet, and return it at their scheduled appointment.
- If a parent/guardian is unable to pick up a registration packet, they should arrive 30 minutes earlier than their scheduled appointment to complete the registration packet. Failure to do so may jeopardize the scheduled appointment time.

- An information and planning session about the BSCA Grant will be held on Monday from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Bensalem High School Internet Café. The grant supports student academic success, behavior, character education, and mental health support. It also funds six Student Success Champions (paraprofessionals) for kindergarten.
- This past Saturday, the middle school FTC (FIRST Tech Challenge) team, Bensalem Misfits #17458, competed at Coatesville High School. They earned 8th place out of 35 teams and earned the chance to be alliance captains.
- Bensalem High School students and staff celebrated Black History Month with an assembly attended by the entire school. There were performances by the STEP Team, African Dance, and Hip-Hop Dance. Students also wrote original poems. The assembly highlighted the rich cultural heritage and contributions of the Black community through music, movement, and spoken word.
