Man Sought In Bizarre Bensalem 7-Eleven Attack

BENSALEM, PA — Police in Bensalem are looking for a man they say behaved strangely during an attack on a worker at a local 7-Eleven store on Wednesday.

The incident happened at the 7-Eleven at 2364 Street Rd. According to police, a man walked into the store and walked straight into a back storage room without permission.

He then walked out of the storage room and went behind the counter, where he hit a plexiglass barrier over the register, knocking it and some merchandise to the floor, police said.

They say he then climbed over the counter and tried to open the front door, where he was approached by an employee. The man pushed the employee, making him fall and hit the back of his head, causing an injury, police said.

The man then ran away, according to police.

The attacker is described as a white male, with brown hair, who is about 25-30 years old. He was wearing a dark-colored, long sleeve shirt, dark-colored plaid shorts and a black flip flops with no socks.
