PA Turnpike Bridge Construction To Last 2 Weeks
PennDOT said the bridge construction in Lower Bucks County is expected to last throughout the month.

LOWER BUCKS COUNTY, PA —A PA Turnpike bridge construction project is expected to last for at least two weeks, PennDOT said.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission plans bridge construction on Newportville Road in Bristol and Bensalem townships, starting on Monday.

- Monday, Aug. 11, through Thursday, Aug. 28, Newportville Road will be closed and detoured 24/7 between Zimmerman Lane and New Falls Road. During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Zimmerman Lane and New Falls Road.
Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.
