Parx to Host State's First World Poker Tour Event
Parx Open Winter Showdown debuts Feb. 27 – March 7.
recently announced that it's hosting the first World Poker Tour Regional Event in Pennsylvania.
Featuring 12 tournaments and $200,000 in guaranteed prize pools, the WPT Parx Open Winter Showdown (POWS) kicks off on Monday, Feb. 27 and runs through Wednesday, March 7.
According to a release, the tournament series concludes with the two-day WPT Regional Event, beginning March 6. All 12 tournaments will take place in the Parx Poker Room, located on the third level of Parx East, adjacent to the main casino.
