Police Charge Philly Woman with Shoplifting
The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.
On April 16 at 12:30 p.m., Joan Hagan, 48, of the 3000 block of Holme Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2200 block of Bristol Road.
She was charged with retail theft and issued a citation.
