Police Make 15 Arrests Over Holidays

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Over the long holiday weekend from Dec. 23-26, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Dec. 23 at 8:42 a.m., William Fogan, 59, of the 5500 block of New Place, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2500 block of Knights on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Warrant Unit.

On Dec. 23 at 10:46 a.m., Tariq Nabeel, 22, of the 20 block of Green Meadow Drive, Langhorne, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. He was released on $20,000 unsecured bail.

On Dec. 23 at 12:45 p.m., Angelique Holloway, 19, of the 10 block of Robin Hood Lane, Levittown, and Faith Scott, 18, of the 9000 block of Mill Creek Road, Levittown, were arrested at the , Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. They will receive a summons.

On Dec. 23 at 3:16 p.m., a 16 year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested in the 3900 block of Rockhill Drive and charged with disorderly conduct. He will receive citations.

On Dec. 23 at 5:30 p.m., Paige Marie Mott, 45, of the 8600 block of Hickory Drive, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

On Dec. 23 at 7:25 p.m., Kim Lewis, 46, of the 3800 block of Mechanicsville Road, was arrested in the 2800 block of Street Road and charged with DUI. She will receive a summons.

On Dec. 24 at 12:48 a.m., Christopher M. McCole, 24, of the 600 block of Wicker Avenue, was arrested in the 2000 block of New York Avenue and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Dec. 24 at 8:26 a.m., Christopher Jackson, 36, of the 4500 block of Rosemarie Drive, was arrested in the 3300 block of Bristol Road and charged with disorderly conduct. He will receive a citation.

On Dec. 24 at 11:40 a.m., Brett Matthew Kohn, 19, of the 6200 block of Fulton Avenue, was arrested in the 3300 block of Rose Avenue and charged with simple assault. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $75,000 bail.

On Dec. 24 at 12:09 p.m., Jeffrey C. Henderson, Jr., 34, of the 2300 block of Brown Avenue, was arrested at his residence and charged with simple assault. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.

On Dec. 24 at 3:26 p.m., a 16 year-old female from Philadelphia was arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

On Dec. 24 at 4 p.m., Rochelle Ann Harrington, 53, of the 300 block of Thunder Circle., was arrested in the 2200 block of Bristol Road and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

On Dec. 25 at 1:59 p.m., Andrew Laverty, 41, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 3900 block of Rockhill Drive on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Dec. 26 at 10 a.m., Gerald Vincent Salamatin, 20, of the 1300 block of Argyle Road, was arrested in the 2400 block of Byberry Road and charged with simple assault. He was released on $20,000 unsecured bail.
