Police Make A Dozen Weekend Arrests
Charges included theft, warrants, DUI, underage drinking, public drunkenness, false ID, simple assault and leaving the scene of an accident.

On Jan. 13 at 3:22 p.m., Christine Stotesbury, 46, of the 8200 block of Bustleton Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
On Jan. 13 at 4:24 p.m., Frank Forte, 26, of the 4500 block of Winding Brook Drive, was arrested in the 5400 block of Flushing Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Jan. 13 at 7:15 p.m., Taneshia Garrick, 22, of the 2100 block of Magee Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
On Jan. 13 at 8 p.m., Jason Peterson, 34, of the 1100 block of Oxford Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding PA State Warrant. He was turned over to .
On Jan. 13 at 8:06 p.m., Margaret Griffin, 60, of the 12000 block of Wyndom Road, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 400 block of Mill Road and charged with DUI. She will receive a summons.
On Jan. 13 at 10:22 p.m., a 16-year-old female from Bensalem was charged with underage drinking in the 3000 block of Bristol Pike. She will be referred to the Youth Aid Program (YAP).
On Jan. 14 at 8:15 a.m., Alibek Shaymardanov, 29, of the 9300 block of Lansford Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.
On Jan. 14 at 8:32 a.m., Payton A. Bosch, 45, of the 100 block of Truman Drive, Fairless Hills, was arrested at Windsor and Crafton drives and charged with false ID to law enforcement. She will receive a summons.
On Jan. 14 at 9:51 a.m., Danielle Langford, 42, of the 4400 block of N 18th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Howard County, PA. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 to await Howard County Sheriff’s Department.
On Jan. 14 at 1:20 p.m., Christopher Sessions, 27, of the 400 block of Parlin Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3300 block of Hulmeville Road, on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
On Jan. 14 at 2:30 p.m., a 16-year-old male from Philadelphia was arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.
On Jan. 15 at 10:49 a.m., David J. Kay, Jr, 25, of the 700 block of Windsor Circle, Folcroft, was charged at Lincoln Highway and Rockhill Drive with simple assault, leaving the scene of an accident with injury/property damage, failure to render aid/give information, criminal mischief, failure to drive within the lane, reckless driving and careless driving. He will receive a summons.
