Police Make Nine Weekend Arrests

Charges included warrants, theft, DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

Between April 27-29, made the following arrests:

On April 27 at 11:35 a.m., Barbara Ann Bencardino, 38, of the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose, was arrested in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Montgomery County. She was turned over to Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department.

On April 27 at 4:03 p.m., Luis Felipe Olmo Ruiz, 23, of the 300 block of Thunder Circle, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, driving without a license at Bristol Road and Neshaminy Boulevard. He will receive a summons.

On April 27 at 9:56 p.m., Kimberly Tully, 42, of the 4900 block of Oxford Court, was charged with public drunkenness in the 6400 block of Hulmeville Road. She was issued a citation.

On April 28 at 4:25 p.m., Harry Carnahan, 59, of the 3300 block of Amber Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.

On April 29 at 3:01 a.m., Gregory Thomas Lohr, 22, and Mark Cumiskey, Jr., 21, both of the 3300 block of Bristol Road, Chalfont, were charged with public drunkenness at Lincoln Highway and Rockhill Drive. They will receive citations.

On April 29 at noon, Marc Naticchione, 42, of the 11000 block of Knights Road, was arrested at Bristol Pike and Mill Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking. He was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.

On April 29 at 7:57 p.m., Yefim Vulakh, 70, of the 100 block of Larkspur Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2900 block of Street Road and charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and careless driving. He will receive a summons.

On April 29 at 8:26 p.m., John A. Lucera, 58, of the 1900 block of Valley Road, Oakford, was arrested in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.
