Police Make Six Wednesday Arrests

Charges included theft, warrants, public drunkenness and DUI.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Wednesday, May 2, made the following arrests:

At 12:38 p.m., Rebecca Lynn Stone, 31, of the 60 block of Bayberry Court, Glen Mills, was arrested in the 2300 block of Street Road and charged with retail theft. She will receive a summons.

At 1:16 p.m., Jonathan E. Handel, 27, of the 10000 block of Wilbur Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

At 2:50 p.m., Donald H. Young, 28, of the 80 block of Montgomery Drive, Harleysville, was arrested in the 3200 block of Bristol Road on an outstanding warrant out of Lansdale. He was turned over to Lansdale Police.

At 4 p.m., Mark A. Allen, 53, of the 100 block of Casey Lane, was charged with public drunkenness at Hollandale Drive and Anaconda Road. He will receive a citation.

At 4:39 p.m., Sylvia Royzin, 36, of the 3600 block of Fleetwood Avenue, Trevose, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.

At 10:53 p.m., Richard Charles Zupkusky, 40, of the 6000 block of Keystone Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at Street Road and the I-95 ramp and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.
