School Buildings Operations Manager Hired In Bensalem
The Bensalem Township School District has named a Philadelphia schools veteran to the post.

BENSALEM, PA — The Bensalem Township School District has hired a manager for its school building operations.
The school district said that Kevin J. Curry began his tenure as its school building operations manager on Monday.
“I am excited to become the Manager of Building Operations and use my management, administrative, leadership, and mechanical skills to help lead BTSD in providing a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for students and staff,” Curry said.

School officials said Curry is a seasoned leader with expertise in K-12 facilities, infrastructure, and operations management.
School officials said Curry has experience with capital projects, planning, and renovations of over $10 million, has supervised over 500 employees, and managed all budgets and projects.

His experience includes three years as director of building and grounds in Southeast Delco and numerous positions in the School District of Philadelphia for over 29 years.
Those positions included building engineer, facilities area coordinator, and interim assistant director.
