Training stipends are available to students who meet benchmarks throughout the Program. Average starting salaries range between $15-$20/hour.
The Industrial Maintenance Pre-Apprentice Program starts on February 17, 2020. The training will take place at the Doylestown Public Safety Center and is 16 weeks; Monday through Friday from 1pm to 5pm. Due to the strong outcomes of Bucks’ Industrial Skills Programs and the strong partnerships with local manufacturers, students will have the opportunity to tour Bucks’ employer partner facilities and work one-on-one with a career coach/job developer to find employment upon graduation. Bucks’ Programs boast a 90% placement for its 300+ graduates with an average starting salary range of $15-$20/hr.
